Warri Wolves Set To Dismantle RC Bobo Dioulasso

Warri Wolves dynamic defender, Oke Ogagatewho who joined the Club last season from highly rated Sunshine Stars has declared that the players are battle ready for the second leg of the CAF Confederation C up match fixed for the Warri City Stadium on Saturday.

Speaking after the morning training on Friday from their hotel room where they are presently camped in Warri, Oke said they have made up their mind on this year's competition and will use RC Bobo Dioulasso on Saturday to tell the World that they are fully ready.

The diminutive defender who was on the bench in Bobo Dioulasso but may likely get a starting shirt on Saturday said to an extent, the Management have motivated them and that will spur us to victory.He however appealed to the fans to join them in this battle because they have a huge role to play.

" We are battle ready for this match. We have worked hard and what the management has done in terms of meeting our demand has really worked.

As they say in Warri" At all at all bad" but we are focused towards dismantling them on Saturday.  Our fans should come out and support us the way it is done in Europe. We need them to succeed and by the Grace of God, we will not let them down" said Oke.

Meanwhile,  RC Bobo Dioulasso arrived Lagos on Thursday and spent the night before connecting flight to Warri for the crucial encounter, while the Match Commissioner form Cameroon and Match Officials from Senegal  haves all settled down in Warri having arrived on ThursdayIn a related development, the gate to Warri City Stadium will be opened to fans at 12pm while the match proper will kick off by 4pm.

FIFA Hit Banik Ostrava With Transfer Ban Over 36 Lion's Outstanding Transfer Fees

FIFA have sent the Czech Football Association a letter in which they slammed a transfer ban on Banik Ostrava as a result of outstanding dues to 36 Lion Football Club. The ban will only be lifted when Banik pay the outstanding dues they owe the Lagos based club for the transfer of Tijani Muhamed on 1st July 2023. The letter received didn’t specify the number of transfer windows that Banik will be banned from, but only clarified that it is due to the former Flying Eagles striker deal with the Czech Republic top flight team. Muhamed, 23, is a product of 36 Lion. He joined Slavia Praha from Banik during last summer's transfer window for €1.26m according to Transfermkt.com.
