Sanwo-Olu appoints Bolowotan FC president as DG, Sports Commission
The executive Governor of Lagos State Babaji Sanwo-Olu has appointed Bolowotan Football Club president, Toyin Gafaar as the new Director General of the Lagos State Sports Commission. Having disengaged Mr. Babatunde Bank Anthony as the Director General of the State Sports Commission, the Governor then approved appointment of Gafar as the new DG. The appointment was made known to the public in a statement signed by Mr Akeem Muri Okunola, the Head of service. The appointment is in line with the ongoing reorganisation of the state public service for efficient service delivery. The appointment is with immediate effect.
