Nigeria Rank Seventh In Africa As Lagos MiniFootball League Boosts Country's Standing
Nigeria has received a significant rise on the latest ranking released by the Africa MiniFootball Confederation (AMC) after the country commenced it's first-ever Lagos MiniFootball League which is being hosted by the Agege Local Government. The Lagos MiniFootball League organised by the chairman of Agege LGA Hon. Abdul-Ganiyu Vinod Obasa who also runs the Lagos MiniFootball Association (LMA) with supervision from the Nigeria MiniFootball Association (NMA), has propelled the expansion and deepening of the sport which is gaining more momentum in the country. Activities on the local scene occasioned by the league drew the attention of Africa MiniFootball Confederation (AMC) as well as the World MiniFootball Federation (WMF). With this development, the country earned a total of 100 points to increase it's total to 334 points which subsequently catapulted it on the standings from the 17th position to 7th on the continent.
