The maiden edition of the Asisat Oshoala Women's Pre Season Football Tournament will get underway on Tuesday 23rd February at the Bishop Aggey Football Pitch in Mushin. FC Robo, COD United Ladies, Royal Toms Ladies, Kadesh Ladies, FC Phoenix Ladies and Tokas Queens will participate in the event designed to put teams in shape ahead of the 2015/16 league season. According to the financier of the competition, Asisat Oshoala, the main objective of the event is to give back to the public and also encourage girls to take their football careers to the next level.
