Odiche, Ogharanduku Wins League Bloggers Awards For March
Pix by Shengolpixs Heartland's Ebere Odiche and Tony Ogharanduku of FC Taraba have emerged the League Bloggers Awards [LBA] Player and Manager for the month of March. The outstanding performances of the two men in the month under review in the Glo Premier League put them ahead of other nominees in the two categories. Odiche racked up his biggest shift in the top flight in his career by scoring twice, both from free kicks, to play a pivotal role in Heartland's superb start to the season. The former Warri Wolves man apart from his free kick goals against Shooting Stars Sports Club [3SC] and Nasarawa United proved to be a central figure in the attacking play of Heartland in March which saw them score seven goals in just two matches after their opening game with champions Kano Pillars was called off.
