Shehu Dikko to captain team at Ezeji testimonial

Chairman of the League Management Company, LMC, Shehu Dikko will captain the Team NPFL at the Victor Ezeji Testimonial.  Team NPFL will play against Team Ezeji in the testimonial to honour Ezeji who played twenty seasons in the Nigerian top flight.  “I’m honoured play. I didn’t wait for them to ask me to play. I called them and told them I wanted to play because it was something I thought we could do for Victor.  “I see Victor as a brother and colleague and I was ready to play before they (the orgainsers told me they wanted me to captain one of the teams and I said it is an even greater honour,” Shehu Dikko said. "It’s always an honour play in these kinds of games, not to Victor but to me.” Shehu Dikko will arrive in Port Harcourt on Saturday morning and proceed to the Stadium to star in the match.

Shehu Dikko Urges Teams To Emulate 3SC On Documentation Of Club's History

Chairman, League Management company (LMC), Alhaji Shehu Dikko has enjoined all the 20 football clubs campaigning in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) to follow the footsteps of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan by commissioning  qualified people to document the history of their various clubs as such book will assist the LMC in the sponsorship and privatization drive and campaign for local football clubs in Nigeria embark upon by his administration. Club Owners Charges New LMC Boss Dikko To Make The League Attractive

Nigeria Premier League Club Owners have charged the in coming leadership of the League Management Company LMC led by Mallam Shehu Dikko to work acidiously to make the league an attractive brand that will cause investors to compete for sponsorship of the top flight league. Mallam Shehu Dikko heads the newly constituted 7-man board of the LMC whose assignment kick starts with the 2014/2015 Glo Nigeria premier League which kick off March 7 across the Country. The League Club Owners have therefore charged the new board to be proactive in their quest to better the League and bring back Nigeria football fans to embrace the league as well as bring more commercial values to the league system.
