Albion's Pulis Wants More Goals From Ideye

West Brom Albion record signing striker,Brown Ideye header moved the Baggies three points clear of the Barclays Premier League danger zone on Sunday as his team played out a two all draw against Burnley but coach Pulis want the player to keep on scoring goals.

Ideye put aside the recent speculation surrounding his future at his club after he banged in the equaliser in the 67th minutes when he headed in a goal to help Albion earned a crucia point after trailing 2-1 in match day 24 of the English Premier League.

West Brom coach Tony Pulis told press men after the draw that he was pleased with the Baggies performance but he stated that the club desires Brown Ideye to help them with more goals.

Speaking to newsmen after the encounter Tony revealed in a statement on the club's official website "It was very slow, pedestrian. Burnley took great advantage. But they showed great commitment and deserved to be two goals up.

"The saving grace was the goal just before half time that gave us a lift."My words (at half-time) might have been harsher had Brunty not scored. The lads can take a lot from this.

"The main thing we can take is that we got something from the game so that's now one defeat in six since I came in.

On the Nigerian international goal, Pulis said "We're hoping Browny can keep scoring. We have Saido, Brownie and Victor - they're our strikers, so we hope they can help us.

"Brownie hasn't played badly. He's just missed opportunities. And with goalscorers - especially when you pay that much money - you expect to score. So hopefully that will help his confidence because he's a good lad.

It was discovered in the early minutes of the game that another Nigeria player Victor Anichebe was struggling in the match. The coach shared more light on what went wrong with the striker.

"We have three big games so were looking after Saido a bit. Victor (Anichebe) has been in and done well but he felt his groin before the game but the big fella waned to play and start the game."You could see after 15 minutes that he was struggling," he disclosed.
