Stone To Make Arab Contractors Debut

After signing on the dotted lines in Egypt with Arab Contractors Stone Evbuomwan will be making his debut with his new club today against Egyptian League table toppers Zamalek.

The former ABS FC midfielder penned a two-and-a-half year deal with Egyptian Premier League side El Mokalwoon a week ago after he impressed the Egyptian club coaches, technical crew and the management team during his trials which lasted for a couple of weeks.

Ex-Golden Eaglets midfielder will be playing his first game for El Mokalwoon today Friday 3pm Nigeria time against Zamalek Under 21 team in preparation for the big encounter on Sunday in the Egyptian top flight against Smouha.

The Yellow and Black newest signing disclosed to olawalequadry.blogspot.com yesterday that he will be making his first team appearance against the Egyptian giant Youth team today.

"I will be playing for my team Arab Contractors Under 21 against Zamalek, I guess is to prepare me for the next league game on Sunday against Smouha, I'm not seeing it as a big game though we are playing the Junior team of the Egyptian League table toppers Zamalek, "he said calmly.

He further stated that he is not under presure to get a starting role, that  been a young midfielder he is ready to learn from the senior midfielders in the team.

"Well am not under pressure because they see me as a young player who has a future, they have great national team players who have won the Nations Cup for Egypt who are playing my role but am not border.

"The coach, Hassan Shehata called me and said, learn from them because your time will come, with that word alone am encouraged, the relationship is good with some of the players who speaks English while others show me love, the coaches and medical staffs  are also good to me.

"Am adapting already because their football style is dynamic very fast and quick,"the lanky midfielder concluded to olawalequadry.blogspot.com.
