Under 20 debut excites Chinonso Emeka
Flying Eagles gangling forward, Chinonso Emeka a is happy after making his debut with the Nigerian Under 20 team against South Africa at the ongoing African Games in Rabat, Morocco.
The Brook House FC of England striker made his dream debut when he came in as a substitute for Collins Sor, made meaningful impact and contributed to the Nigeria's attack with his display before the winning goal scored by Ghali Ahmad. Nigeria won the game 2-1.
After the game the forward said: "I'm happy to have made my debut today against South Africa and it's a dream come through for me.
"I think we need to build on this success as a team and continue to work hard till we achieved our aim," he concluded.
Coach Paul Aigbogun's men will trade tackles with the host nation Morocco in their last group match. A win for the Nigerian side will propel them to the knockout stage of men's football event of the 12th edition of Africa Games.
