U20 will make a big statement in Morocco - Adewale Oladoye

Nigeria Under 20 defensive midfielder Adewale Oladoye has revealed that the coach Paul Aigbogun tutored side will make a big statement in Morocco during the 2019 African Games.

Nigeria will face Burkina Faso in their first match of the men's football event of the 12th edition of African Games at the Stade Moulay Hassan, Rabat this evening.

Speaking to nigeriasportsarena.blogspot.com Oladoye who is hoping to make his first appearance with the Flying Eagles said: "Our game against Burkina Faso will determine a whole lot of things but I believe we will emerge victorious because we have decided to make a big statement in Morocco.

"It's going to be a tough outing against Burkina Faso but we will do all we can to muscle out the desired result. We can't afford to disappoint Nigerians and our coach who has so much believe in us."

The Nigerian team are in Group A alongside host nation, Morroco, Burkina Faso and South Africa. A win for them will brighten their chances of qualifying to the semifinal stage of the competition.
