FIFA U20: Makanjuola deserves to start the next game says Garba lawal.

Former Super Eagles utility player Garba Lawal has told nigeriasportsarena.com that Flying Eagles gifted winger Sucess Makanjuola deserves to be in the starting line up in against Ukraine


The Nigerian team will face Ukraine in the final game of Group D of the ongoing FIFA U20 tournament taking place in Poland.


It is a must win game for Paul Aigbogun and the lads but Garba believes that Makanjuola has what it takes to be in the starting line up.


"Considering what the regular starter has offered,  I watched closely in the two matches to know he has something different as a natural left footed player.


The former FC Roda player concluded by saying, "Don't forget he is the only left footed player  among all the wingers in the team so, he can use that to help the team now that they need to win their last game to qualify."

FIFA Hit Banik Ostrava With Transfer Ban Over 36 Lion's Outstanding Transfer Fees

FIFA have sent the Czech Football Association a letter in which they slammed a transfer ban on Banik Ostrava as a result of outstanding dues to 36 Lion Football Club. The ban will only be lifted when Banik pay the outstanding dues they owe the Lagos based club for the transfer of Tijani Muhamed on 1st July 2023. The letter received didn’t specify the number of transfer windows that Banik will be banned from, but only clarified that it is due to the former Flying Eagles striker deal with the Czech Republic top flight team. Muhamed, 23, is a product of 36 Lion. He joined Slavia Praha from Banik during last summer's transfer window for €1.26m according to Transfermkt.com.
