"We Need Him In The Super Eagles" Nigerians Want Rohr To Invite Holland-based Explosive Winger

Before now, many are not aware of the exploits of Holland-based Nigerian International who is currently turning heads far away in the Netherlands, donning the Jersey of SC Hererenven in the Eredivisie League but Nigerians are now appealing to Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr to invite the explosive winger.




Chidera Ejuke is one name on the lips of a lot of football pundits and many Football lovers in Nigeria and Holland. The 22 year-old left-winger has made a name for himself in the Netherlands top flight with sterling performances week in week out before the outbreak of the ravaging global pandemic COVID-19.


The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Honourable Sunday Dare retweeted Chidera's goal from his team’s handle with “Nigeria got talent. Chidera Ejuke. Playing for Hererenven, In Holland.” This has got a lot of people talking as they call on the Super Eagles gaffer to invite the former Gombe United player.


Reacting to the Honourable Minister's tweet, @Koolbash4 tweeted: “We need him in the super eagle sir @SundayDare.”

Ejuke who left the shore of Nigeria in 2017 to Norwegian League side Valerenga before moving to the Frisian club for a 2 million euros deal was named in the 2019/20 Dutch Eredivisie team of the season alongside Cyriel Dessert.


With less than a season in the Dutch top league, the former Nigerian U-17 invitee who is one of the players in the Eredivisie with most dribbles this season made 18 appearances with Nine goals and seven assists.

FIFA Hit Banik Ostrava With Transfer Ban Over 36 Lion's Outstanding Transfer Fees

FIFA have sent the Czech Football Association a letter in which they slammed a transfer ban on Banik Ostrava as a result of outstanding dues to 36 Lion Football Club. The ban will only be lifted when Banik pay the outstanding dues they owe the Lagos based club for the transfer of Tijani Muhamed on 1st July 2023. The letter received didn’t specify the number of transfer windows that Banik will be banned from, but only clarified that it is due to the former Flying Eagles striker deal with the Czech Republic top flight team. Muhamed, 23, is a product of 36 Lion. He joined Slavia Praha from Banik during last summer's transfer window for €1.26m according to Transfermkt.com.
