We Are Familiar With Nasarawa United Approach - Bode Daniel

Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side Crown FC most influential player Bode Daniel has stated that the Ajilete Boys are capable of sending second placed NPFL team Solid Miners out the 2014 Federation Cup Round of 16 when both teams meet on Thursday, 16th of July.

Bode said in a chat with Olawale on Tuesday" We are familiar with the way and manner Nasarawa United approaches their games and we have prepared for them, being an NPFL side makes it a bit easier for us, and I can assure you that Crown will show them the way out," he boasted.

Nasarawa United are second on the NPFL table with 31 points from 19 games while Crown FC maintained the 14th position on the log with 24 points.

The striker added that Baba Ganaru team's position on the log means nothing to him because Cup approach is quite different from league approach.

"We are in the Round of 16 which means we are in for a knock out battle, Nasarawa position will not reflect here though they have quality players but that doesn't guarantee that we can not defeat them"Bode concluded.

Crown FC cruised to the Round of 16 with a walk-over in their last match as Leopard FC failed to show up, they also defeated Bright FC 4-1 on penalties in the round of 64 after a one all draw.

Nasarawa made it to this stage with a 1-0 win over Apa United after a thrilling 3-2 victory over Young Elephants in the round of 64.

Both teams have met in the NPFL this season in match day nine to be precise but Baba Ganaru lads beat Crown 1-0.
