One of the placards reads, *"Support President Buhari, world class selfless leader"*
A few Nigerians in London with no particular identity, had initially started the protest, when president Buhari touched down in London on his medical pilgrimage. The group consisting mainly of opposition party members and political enemies, littered the streets in protest. They claimed the president has no reason to run to the United Kingdom for medical treatment when Nigerians, young and old are dying daily due to lack of good health care system back home.
Defending the president, Balele said President Buhari has done so well in just a few years to correct the abnormalities caused by his predecessors. He said Rome was not built in a day, so Nigerians should remain patient and see what the president will accomplish before the end of his second term in office.
