Omoyele's second league goal rescues a point for Nogoom FC

Nogoom FC of Egypt forward, Tosin Omoyele bagged his first away goal and his second in the Egyptian Premier League on Friday against El Harby El Entag  and helped his team secured a crucial away point.

The former Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) poster boy scored his team’s only goal of the game nine minutes into the first half after exchanging a pass with El Gbobashy who then returned the ball to him and he brilliantly put the ball beyond the goalkeeper.

The hosts drew level six minutes after Tosin's goal through Mohammed Mosaad but they failed to overpower Nogoom FC who are yet to win a league match in their last seven outings in the Egyptian top flight.

Omoyele tweeted this morning on his official Twitter handle @AbrahamAlabi3 appreciating El Gbobashy for providing the assist that led to his second goal in the colours of Nog.

“Got my second goal in the Egyptian Premier League after my fourth league start yesterday away from home against El Entag El Harby. Game ended 1-1 and we secured a point.

“Special thanks to El Gbobashy for the timely assist. We keep on fighting 💪💪💪 till we escape the drop”.

The draw has taken the Nog temporarily from the bottom of the table to 14th spot. They now have 23 points from 27 league matches. A win for them in their next league outing against El Dakhleya with take them to a respectable position on the log.
