Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Kada City Football Club has declared one of its players, Umar Bala Mohammad AWOL (Absent Without Official Leave). Umar has allegedly abandoned Kada City for weeks to Belarus. The club Chief Executive Officer, Ekene Adams in a statement, said the footballer disappeared without the knowledge and approval of the management. He noted that Umar was a regular member of the team and played their Week Two contest against Abia Warriors.
