Issele-Uku Youths Nwaobi Re-Election Novelty Match Ends In Eight Goal-Thriller


Youths of Issele-Uku (Team Kachikwu and Team Nwaobi) played a Novelty Match today at Omado Primary School in honour of the Member Representing Aniocha North State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Honourable Emeka Nwaobi.  The entertaining match ended 4-4 for both teams.


The game which was convened by Modo Victor, a brand/media consultant and played through Young Stars Football Club of Issele-Uku had Honourable Emeka Nwaobi and Barr(Mrs) Josephine Ada Kachikwu, the Chairman Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission and their supporters in attendance.


Speaking with members of the press during the game, Modo Victor noted that the youths today decided to honour a deserving representative of the people for his selfless service in the Delta State House of Assembly in his first tenure and pledge their readiness to carry the message of Ojichukwubuluzor to their different wards to ensure that he is re-elected come March 9th to show the political class that we see their good work when they perform and will climb any hill to repay them for their service.


Ahead proceedings, Honourable Nwaobi and Barr(Mrs) Ada Kachikwu interacted with the players, appreciating the kind gesture and Honourable Nwaobi promised to outdo himself when re-elected.


The novelty match which ended in eight goal-thriller is a good omen for the Honourable member ahead the March 9th polls.
