RITE FOODS UNVEILED AS HEADLINE SPONSOR OF GREAT ABEOKUTA 10KM RACE

Nilayo Sports Management Limited, organizers of the Great Abeokuta 10KM Race has announced Rite Foods Limited as the headline sponsor of the race.

Mr. Bukola Olopade, the Chief Executive Officer of Nilayo Sports Management Limited said “We are delighted to announce Rite Foods Limited as Headline sponsor of the second edition of Great Abeokuta 10KM Race.

This partnership also perfectly coincides with the concept of this edition which is to be run solely by Nigerians”.

The Big Abeokuta 10KM Race is scheduled for the 13th of November 2021, the route starts at Ake Palace and ends at the M.K.O Abiola International Stadium, the event will feature a 10KM Race and a Wheelchair category.

The race is greatly supported by the Ogun State government, other sponsors include Access Bank, Kenya Airways, Suzuki, Ecogas, and IBD Hotels.

FIFA Hit Banik Ostrava With Transfer Ban Over 36 Lion's Outstanding Transfer Fees

FIFA have sent the Czech Football Association a letter in which they slammed a transfer ban on Banik Ostrava as a result of outstanding dues to 36 Lion Football Club. The ban will only be lifted when Banik pay the outstanding dues they owe the Lagos based club for the transfer of Tijani Muhamed on 1st July 2023. The letter received didn’t specify the number of transfer windows that Banik will be banned from, but only clarified that it is due to the former Flying Eagles striker deal with the Czech Republic top flight team. Muhamed, 23, is a product of 36 Lion. He joined Slavia Praha from Banik during last summer's transfer window for €1.26m according to Transfermkt.com.
